Appointment Conditions

We ask that if you have a fever, cough or are generally unwell, that you please reschedule your appointment with us. As you know, we are a small team and if one of us becomes unwell, it reduces our availability to pamper you ๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

If you have been in contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19, or have returned from overseas, we ask you to please not make your appointment for 14 days post contact or your return home ๐Ÿ ย

Upon entry to the salon, we ask that you please sanitise your hands. It is available on the reception desk as soon as you walk in. If you would rather wash your hands, we 100% support this! Please proceed straight down the hallway to our bathroom at the end on the left and wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds and dry them ๐Ÿงผย

Please be mindful of floor markings. We have one at the reception desk, one at the lounge and we have added an extra chair to our waiting area. The manicure chair, lounge and extra chair are all 1.5m apart โ†”๏ธย

We have added 2 seats outside if need be. If there are already 2 people waiting in reception, we ask that you please take a seat and wait outside ๐ŸŒค

The maximum capacity of clients permitted inside the salon at one time is 10. To help accommodate this, as well as minimize contact, we unfortunately have to ask for you to come to your appointment alone ๐Ÿงโ€โ™€๏ธ

All magazines, pamphlets and testers have been removed. If there is a product that you wish to try and feel, or you need a brochure, just ask us and we would love to help you ๐Ÿ“–๐Ÿงด

We have always used blueys (disposable covering with waterproof backing) on our pillows and will continue to do so. These are changed after every client. Always have been, always will be. We have added a disposable sheet that will be changed between each client. You will recognize these sheets from our body waxing treatments, again they are not new. And as always, all towels are changed after every facial treatment ๐Ÿง–โ€โ™€๏ธ

We have restructured our appointment schedule. We now have a 10min window between clients where we will clean and sanitise all surfaces in our treatment room as well as door handles, eftpos machine and the reception counter top. This has reduced the amount of appointments available per day but it is a measure that we are committed to for your safety and ours ๐Ÿ’ซ

We have all downloaded the Covid Safe app. All delivery persons will be asked to leave their details as well in case they are needed for contact tracing. We have also allocated a specific delivery drop point ๐Ÿ“ฆ
